Ignite & Inspire?
Ignite & Inspire?
Would an outside professional speaker challenge our people to discover new leadership possibilities and ignite creative collaboration?
A truly professional speaker, mentor, or trainer can deliver a customized presentation(s) designed to stimulate creativity, raise spirits, focus efforts, encourage collaboration and solidify commitment. I won my first speech contest at age 13, and speeches, seminars, and guided facilitations have been a part of what I have done for my entire career.
I ask those seeking a speaker, “Do your people experience elevated stress levels while processing conflicting ideas to solve key problems, and is it import ant to save time, money and trust? Do the solutions your audience members usually come up with win sales, reduce design/build time, enhance the group reputation, encourage innovation, etc? ” My magical yet practical formula for discovering “3rd Ideas” is designed to dramatically improve results, morale and organizational excitement while saving time and money. The key is learning to orchestrate the potent conflict between organizational harmony and individual initiative. My broad experience coupled with a thoughtful, dynamic presentation style, spiced with humor, helps audience members be even more effective change agents at any level of an organization, association, church, charity, club and even their own home!
Here are 3 topics you can consider for starters:
- LET IDEAS COMPETE – NOT PEOPLE – Conflict is fertile ground for discovering innovative solutions to problems and for discovering pathways to the creation and/or sales of new products and services!
- SELLING DIFFERENT PEOPLE, DIFFERENTLY – Good Intentions are not good enough! True communication adaptability is the key to sales effectiveness.
- EXERCISING LEADERSHIP THROUGH COACHING – Excellence in leadership through coaching is revealed when above average results are produced by average people!
I helped Cavett Robert found the National Speakers Association (NSA), served as past National President and received the C.P.A.E. Speaker Hall of Fame® designation – this association’s highest form of national recognition for professional excellence. The Institute of Management Consultants acknowledged my experience and skill as a management and sales consultant by electing me a Certified Management Consultant (C.M.C.) of the Institute. I was elected to the Class of 2006 “Legends of the Speaking Profession.”
I graduated from the University of Wyoming, was a decorated training officer in the U.S. Army, graduated from General Electric’s Employee Relations Management Program, and held management positions in both General Electric and American Salesmasters.
For the future, my goal is to continue helping others discover ways to improve results and enhance their career potential by getting more innovative results with and through people, especially during the stressful times of accelerated change. How? By learning to . . . Let Ideas Compete—Not People.
Take a look at the video to see if you think my style and focus will be a good match for your organization or association. I have a very impressive and natural delivery that reflects 2 things: Many years of experience in front of all sizes of audiences and presentation formats. And secondly, a continuing zest for reaching people of all ages with a relevant message and practical ideas that improves their lives and their performance results.
