Thoren Group Method
When you identify a problem or opportunity, we apply a three-step process to build improvement in your organization.
We could say more, but we’re sure Don will edit this pretty soon, so come back and look!
In the meantime, here are the basic steps:

Step 1: Situation Analysis
We work with you to determine the combination of
- Systems
- Skills
- Relationships
involved in the situation.

Step 2: Implementation
We apply one or more of the following in combination to achieve needed change:
- Speech
- One-on-one mentoring
- Team coaching
- Group Training/Seminar
Often a complex situation requires a multi-faceted approach. We’ve discovered that sugar-coating a solution by making it a one-shot application will fail. But in combination, our tools can deal with complex and ongoing situations.

Step 3: Result
We evaluate the result.
Recognize, Celebrate and Reward the Success!
And if additional efforts are required celebrate the success that was achieved, then we re-analyze the problem and start over at Step One until the result is satisfactory/outstanding.
